The brewery will be open on Thursday and Friday from 2-6 pm and Saturday 1-4pm for the purchase and filling of growlers. Weekly beer availability will be posted on Facebook.
We will be working with some great local Massachusetts farms to produce a series of beers featuring the freshest possible ingredients! The series will continue year round and styles will rotate depending on the season and the availability of the ingredients we are looking for.
The first release is Test Batch X. Test Batch X was originally released at the American Craft Beer Fest sponsored by Beer Advocate. Beer Advocate's Alstrom brothers gave Test Batch a 90 rating! This wheat based IPA is made with fresh hops grown right here in Westfield!

Why cans? According to managing member and head brewer, Sergio, "canned beer actually tastes better. The inside liner prevents any metallic taste like the days of old, and the can protects the beer from exposure to UV light. The process is highly efficient and cans are recycled again and again. Charlie in the Rye IPA and Pop's Old Fashioned Lager are now available year round in 6 and 12 pack cans. Also look for seasonal selections which will also be canned!
